Haute Couture Fashion Week has started in Paris. Artistic inspiration for Christian Dior collection has been gathered by a famous painter illustrator Rene Gruau, was shared by John Galiano. Warm color gamut- passionate reds, flouncy pink, golden-brown and yellow are the ones that domineered at Christian Dior's defile for spring-summer 2011 Haute Couture.
The belted waistline, rear slits and lush pleat detailing are popular for this season and Christian Dior offers these features in abundance with the usual classy approach.
For Christian Dior the preferences for this season are for sensitive grey and fresh lilac with a command over existential lines and classic cuts.
There is also handsomely embraced reds - garnet, coral -a very welcome palette, amongst the more formal grey a black shades.
There is sumptuous silk, enriched with voiles and front applications.
